Description of Yoga Classes


All Levels Vinyasa Flow: Emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose without holding for too long. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, core, and backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow!


Gentle Flow & Stretch: A mindful, gentle, slower-paced class to revitalize the mind and body. Poses will be held for longer duration and more use of props. There will be a mixture of linking movement to breathe to stretch your connective tissues and focus on the release of mind-body tension and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing. Hands on adjustments will be offered and essential oils used. All levels are welcome to attend.

Combo Stretch, Restore & Heal: Spend your first part of class linking breath with stretching and then bringing the nervous system into a state of healing. After the yoga portion, there will be a reiki energy healing clearing your chakras followed by an oracle card reading. The reiki healing treatment works holistically and can relieve stress and pain and accelerate natural healing, clear blockages and promote clarity, peace, and relaxation.
