We offer private yoga sessions that are customized to the individual based on experience and goals they are trying to achieve. We offer all types of yoga classes, whether, a student is a beginner that wants a slower paced rhythm alowing them to learn alignment of poses, or wanting a more fast paced strengthening class to be more of a work-out, or a restorative relaxing rejuvinating yoga class. Private instruction doesn’t necessarily mean solo. We encourage clients to bring a few friends to make the experience intimate but shared. Private instruction can have groups anywhere from mommy groups, friend groups, company groups, that are personalized to their needs. Each yoga session will have themes, topics to focus on & meditation aspect of class. If desired, we can sprinkle in a little bit of life coaching tips to help reduce stress. For example, special breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and specific tips to deal with daily stressors in life. Students have the opportunity to learn to get the body out of fight or flight mode (sympathetic nervous system) into parasympathetic nervous system which inhibits the body from overworking and restores the body to calm and composed state. What sets us apart from others are the different option of yoga classes, meditation & life coaching skills to help our students to have the tools to lead happy, healthy & fulfilled lives. Not only that, but if you want additional wellness services we can coordinate to have someone come provide health coaching tips, massage, & healing services like Reiki.
